In the recent past, the trend of diamond jewellery has increased rapidly among the people of Madhya Pradesh. To ensure easy access to the customers, KISNA Diamond & Gold Jewellery, a well-known name in the Indian jewellery industry, has made a grand entry in Madhya Pradesh. The first exclusive showroom was recently opened in Ahilya Nagari, Indore, Shehnai Residency, Opposite Hotel Amar Vilas, AB Road, Indore, which was inaugurated by Ghanshyam Dholakia, Founder & Managing Director, Hari Krishna Group; Parag Shah, Director KISNA Diamond Jewellery, Indore City Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava and IBJA National President Prithviraj Kothari. This is KISNA's 32nd showroom in India.
Making the inauguration special was the felicitation of top students of Madhya Pradesh through the 'Diamonds of MP' scholarship. This scholarship was awarded to students who have excelled in class 10th and 12th from Madhya Pradesh Board in the year 2024. This makes it the first showroom in India to take such an initiative. In line with Kishna's commitment to give back to the society, a tree plantation drive was also organised during the launch event.
Along with this, as an offer, Kisna is offering up to 20% discount on diamonds and up to 25% discount on making charges of gold jewellery. Scholarships were provided to two students under class 12th. These students include Ajay Maurya (father Parmeshwar Maurya), a student of RK Mission Vidyapeeth Higher Secondary School located at Kila Maidan, and Shreya Srivastava, a student of Bal Vinay Mandir Higher Secondary Excellence School.
Similarly, two students of class 10th were awarded scholarships. These include Aparna Malu (father Chandan Malu), a student of Madhav Vidyapeeth Higher Secondary School, located in Parasparnagar, and Tanvi Kumawat (father Sandeep Kumawat) of Tirath Bai Kalachand Higher Secondary School, located in Palsikar. Aditya Humane of Rajasthan under the handicapped category and Niyati Pandya under the needy category were awarded this special scholarship.
