We offer an exchange policy on all the purchases made from Kisna, within India. The product along with the original product certificate and invoice can be returned under the buy-back or exchange policy.
If you received a discount while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.
The value of the exchanged product will be 95% of the invoice value. This amount will be credited to your Kisna account. This exchange remains valid for life time and can be used to purchase anything from the Kisna Website.

With our lifetime buyback option, you can return or exchange the product and its certificate for the current market value, with some deductions for making charges.

Buy-Back Policy
If you return a product for buyback, you will receive 80% of the invoice value via online bank transfer within 10 days. Jewellery altered by anyone other than Kisna will not be accepted. We reserve the right to adjust the Exchange and Buy-Back amount based on our quality inspection.
