Buyback & Exchange Policy
Buyback Policy
We offer a lifetime buyback policy for products sold in India 7 days after the date of purchase, which is subject to review by our Quality Assurance team. During review, the team will examine if the product is free from any kind of tampering, damage, alterations, re-sizing, etc., which, if the case product will not be accepted.
Our buyback scheme will offer the following fair value of the jewellery as below:
90% Value of the Current Product Pricing. (The advantage for you is exchange is on total value without deducting the Labour Charges) We will also deduct any discounts or offers provided at the time of the purchase.
For any buyback, our team will request the following:
- Original Product
- Original Invoice
- Product Certificate

If any certifications are missing, the following charges will be applied:
Diamond Certificate:
All payments regarding with Buyback shall be issued by RTGS or NEFT only, and in the name of the person mentioned in the Invoice. Please allow 5-10 days to receive the buyback payment in your account.
Exchange Policy
